Do the people in your life ever wonder what this crazy CrossFit thing that you do is all about?
Well, you now have a chance to show them firsthand what goes on here!
On December 6, 7, and 8 (Thursday through Saturday), you can bring a friend with you to any of our regularly scheduled classes for free. This is a great time for us all to celebrate your successes from this year, by bringing together the “extended” Kindred family and introducing them to this part of your life.
We’ll be programming the WODs specifically for the Bring A Friend Days, and they should be fast and fun for people of all fitness levels (hint: partner WODs may be involved).
So bring your mom, your girlfriend/boyfriend, or bring that buddy of yours who is sick of hearing you say things that are meaningless to the outside world (“Dude, I just PR’d my snatch balance today, and then beasted that AMRAP metcon afterwards!!” …Huh?!).
We’ll be posting more about this event as the time nears, but here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Members: You are your guest’s “ambassador” during their visit – expect to help, teach, show and assist them (and, of course, workout with them) while they’re here.
- For every different qualified guest, you will receive a coupon for a free class (or other equally appealing perk, for you unlimited members).
- Keep in mind that classes on Thursday & Friday may be less crowded than Saturday morning classes.
