Class Schedule

  • All CrossFit classes are 1 hour long. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to give yourself time to prepare before class starts.
  • Fundamentals: A special course for CrossFit beginners. This small-group class is for new members who have completed an Intro session.
  • Barball Class: Specialty lifting class for training the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, power lifting and related movements.
  • Open Gym: Unsupervised gym access for proficient students only.
  • CrossFit Kids & Teens: Our CrossFit Kids program for children aged 6-12 and Teens 13-17.
