Class Schedule

  • All CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Foundations classes are 1 hour long. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to give yourself time to prepare before class starts.
  • Foundations: A special course for CrossFit beginners. This small-group class is for new members who have completed an Intro session.
  • Weightlifting: Specialty class for training the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and related movements.
  • Open Gym: Unsupervised gym access for proficient students only.
  • CrossFit Kids: Our CrossFit Kids program for children aged 6-12 (40-minute class).
