We offer Kindred Barbell classes, which teaches the two Olympic lifts, the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch as well as power lifting movements.   Getting strong at these lifts will make you more successful in the sport of CrossFit, the sport of Olympic weightlifting–or the sport of life, for that matter. All our memberships include access to Barbell Club classes.
