CrossFit Kindred is pleased to partner with Go BlueJ to offer our new bootcamp program!

Bootcamp Classes consist of circuit training with functional movements such as push-up, air squats, box-jumps, burpees, etc. The focus is on cardio training and interval training using multiple muscle groups at the same time using body weights and/or free weights and kettlebells to maximize fitness results.
