Bootcamps

Bootcamp Classes consist of circuit training with functional movements such as push-up, air squats, box-jumps, burpees, etc. The focus is on cardio training and interval training using multiple muscle groups at the same time using body weights and/or free weights and kettlebells to maximize fitness results.

CrossFit Kindred offers weekly Saturday Family Bootcamp Classes as well as Seasonal Bootcamp Series that last for 4 –  6 week sessions.

Family Fitness Bootcamps – Now offered Weekly on Saturdays at 10:30am starting October 14, 2017!   The Family Bootcamp Class is open to youth ages 6+ and adults of all fitness levels.  This is a great way to spend time with your kids and teach them the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle!  You can also work out as a group of friends, neighbors or co-workers!  It’s a fun class to get started on your fitness goals individually or as a family!

Seasonal Bootcamp Series

Please check our website and/or Facebook Page (CrossFit Kindred) for updates on the next Bootcamp 4-6 Week Sessions!   These Class Series are typically offered three days a week for the duration of 4 – 6 weeks in order to jump start your fitness regime.  The bootcamp series are seasonal and are typically offered in the beginning of the year, Spring and/or Summer seasons.
