Group classes are offered Monday through Saturday. We offer several membership packages depending how many classes per week you plan to attend. Once you become a member, you may attend any of our group class sessions that match your level of ability, and fit within your schedule. The CrossFit group class is our core program, and we recommend those classes for everyone, as they create and develop a foundation of fitness capacities and skills that is broad, general, and inclusive. In short–they make you “ready for anything.”

This class focuses on the Workout of the Day (“WOD”) programmed for all our members. The WOD varies each day, and may include metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and weightlifting movements designed to increase your work capacity across all 10 general physical skills as defined by CrossFit: strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, stamina, speed, power, accuracy, balance, coordination, and agility. The class also includes a skill-based warm-up, skill or strength training, and mobility work.

CrossFitters at all levels of experience and fitness are welcome; the WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
