The two Olympic lifts, the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch, are highly complex and technical–and also really fun to master.

Getting strong at these lifts will make you more successful in the sport of CrossFit, the sport of Olympic weightlifting–or the sport of life, for that matter. All our memberships include access to Barbell Club classes. All levels are welcome to participate and learn from our USAW-certified coaches.

The CrossFit Kindred Barbell Club is an official Pacific Weightlifting Association (PWA) Member Club.
