From a very young age, I was always the type of person who needed to stay moving. That’s what attracted me to Pop Warner, high school, and college football for the majority of my life.

After a few years of semi-pro football after college, it was time to call it quits–but regular Globo Gym workouts weren’t quite cutting it for me. Three years after first hearing about CrossFit, I finally decided to try it out. I was hooked after my first workout, and decided to give coaching a shot after half a year of learning and growing as a CrossFitter.

My goals are to assist people in reaching their fitness goals, and to be a better person and a better CrossFitter than I was yesterday.
