Today’s WOD: 

“The Chief”
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Post rounds completed (for now use the round reps field) for each of the 5 cycles.

30 Second AMRAP:

1 finger push ups

HAPPY FRIDAY everyone! After the main WOD, we’re going to take it back…way back. We’re playing the old school game of Duck,Duck, Goose! Loser gets burpees, YUM!!!
