Each time you reserve for Class on Wodify, you are attesting that the below is true:

1) I have NOT tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days; 2) I have NOT come into close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days; 3) I do NOT feel or have recently felt feverish; 4) I  do NOT currently have or recently have any other COVID-19 symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, tiredness, chills, headaches, muscle/body aches, confusion, or loss of taste/smell.
